The Scrum Master will facilitate and ensure the effective implementation of Agile practices
Foster a collaborative and productive environment for a federal client’s operations
Play a pivotal role in guiding teams through Agile methodologies
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
7 + years of related experience
Active Secret Clearance is required
Due to agency and contract requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens with no dual citizenship
This is an on-site position at a government facility
Requires presence on-site five days per week in Annapolis Junction, MD
Candidates must reside within a commutable distance
Participation in a rotational on-call schedule for emergency page-outs is required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Related experience supporting IT programs as a Scrum Master
