Responsibilities
Fulfillment & Shipping
Pick, pack, and ship filter products according to customer and Amazon FBA requirements
Prepare Amazon FBA shipments, including case packing, palletizing, and shipment documentation
Ensure products meet Amazon FBA packaging, labeling, and prep standards
Verify quantities, SKUs, and shipment accuracy prior to outbound shipment
Load and unload shipments and prepare products for carrier pickup
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of warehouse processes and safety procedures
Comfortable using warehouse management systems (WMS), handheld scanners, or related technology
Ability or willingness to drive PIT's
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods
This position requires long periods of standing up to 8 hours
This position also requires repetitive movement of fingers, hands, and arms
Working conditions are typical for a warehouse environment
Preferred
1+ year of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment preferred
