Responsibilities
Partners with clients in consulting engagements to understand their current processes, challenges, and priorities
Applies a deep understanding of the industry to manage the development and modification of strategies and treasury solutions for complex clients and prospects, while engaging Banking and Treasury Officers in the process
Engages with our Sales teams as a part of account planning to deliver strategic industry and treasury solutions
Serves as a trusted advisor to highly complex organizations, provides insights into market demands and industry trends, and publishes thought leadership materials
Lead a team of Embedded Payments Product Solutions Specialists dedicated to delivering solutions across industries
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience solutioning for an industry or working with a broad set of related products
Experience working with complex clients, designing modified strategies using a consultative sales approach, and applying new methods to determine solutions for complex businesses in a specific industry
Ability to develop and deepen client relationships
Proven ability to deliver value within highly matrixed and complex organizations
Preferred
Practitioner experience or consulting background with the respective industry covered
