This role focuses on auditing, updating, and maintaining third-party directory listings while collaborating with Marketing, Digital, and CRM teams to ensure data accuracy and improve visibility.

Responsibilities

Audit existing listings across multiple external directories such as AirNav, ForeFlight, AC-U-Kwik, GlobalAir, Google Business Profiles, and more
Compare directory data against internal master records to identify discrepancies and ensure consistency
Perform accurate data entry and updates across platforms using approved content
Validate live updates and maintain documentation in project tracking tools such as Monday.com
Flag anomalies, missing fields, or inconsistencies and escalate for resolution
Provide insights on gaps, trends, and opportunities to improve directory visibility and user experience
Assist in creating and refining templates for directory updates, including field requirements and examples
Support development of a recurring maintenance model and governance process
Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to accelerate audit and update cycles

Required

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and content validation
Ability to think critically and identify patterns, inconsistencies, or potential improvements
Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple systems
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating across teams
Highly detail-oriented but able to step back and see the bigger picture
Enjoys working with structured data and spotting trends or issues
Comfortable with repetitive tasks but proactive in suggesting improvements
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and workflows

Preferred

Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com
Experience in marketing operations, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), or data management
