AliveDx is a company focused on empowering diagnostic insights and transforming patient care. They are seeking a Commercial Support Specialist to manage customer inquiries and support the sales team while maintaining CRM accuracy and collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities

Act as next-level support for customer inquiries escalated from UPS and internal teams

Proactively identify and resolve order and account issues with urgency

Provide high-touch, “white glove” service to select high-value strategic accounts

Build strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention

Manage annual standing order renewals in close collaboration with the Sales team

Support vendor qualification requests and sample order coordination

Maintain and manage Salesforce CRM data

Assist with product cross-referencing for quotes and RFPs

Support email and phone-based sales campaigns (education, small hospitals, GPO alliances, etc.)

Assist with preparation and execution of national and regional trade shows

Support customer management for U.S. clinical trials related to FDA requirements

Provide support to the Head of Commercial on special projects and reporting
