Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior management to define and refine the organization’s strategic goals and objectives. Ensure that business architecture supports these goals and drives measurable outcomes
Conduct thorough analyses of current business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Recommend and design future-state models that support strategic objectives
Translate business needs into technical specifications. Work closely with IT and development teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and optimized solutions
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
Establish and enforce architectural principles, best practices, and compliance standards. Ensure solutions adhere to security, scalability, and performance benchmarks
Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches. Lead process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making
Qualification
Required
Experience in bridging business needs with technical solutions
Ability to collaborate with senior management to define and refine strategic goals and objectives
Experience in conducting thorough analyses of current business processes and systems
Ability to recommend and design future-state models that support strategic objectives
Experience in translating business needs into technical specifications
