Responsibilities

Design, execute, and optimize experiments for antibody and protein conjugation with small or large fluorophores
Prepare buffers, reagents, and perform bench-level production following SOPs and cGMP guidelines
Conduct in-process and final product quality control using FPLC, HPLC, SDS-PAGE, UV-Vis, and fluorometry
Analyze and interpret experimental data, troubleshoot processes, and ensure process reliability
Maintain a safe, organized lab environment and complete accurate documentation

Qualification

Protein purificationAntibody/protein conjugationCGMP knowledgeAnalytical characterizationISO 13485 knowledgeProblem-solvingCritical thinkingAttention to detailCommunication skills

Required

BA or Master's in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or related field
Skilled in protein purification (FPLC, HPLC) and analytical characterization
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred

Minimum 2 years' experience in antibody/protein conjugation, fluorophore labeling, or protein chemistry is preferred
Knowledge of cGMP, ISO 13485, and IVD regulatory requirements are preferred
