Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Build reusable components, templates, and workflows
Integrate AEM with backend systems, APIs, and enterprise services
Support content lifecycle management, publishing, and governance
Ensure solutions comply with security, accessibility, and performance requirements
Collaborate with UX, content, and development teams to deliver consistent digital experiences
Support configuration and deployment of AEM in enterprise environments
Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance
Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer
Qualification
Required
IRS MBI Clearance is required for this role
U.S. Citizenship is contractually required for this role
Hands-on experience developing solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Strong experience with Java, OSGi, Sling, and AEM component development
Experience integrating AEM with enterprise systems and APIs
Familiarity with content workflows and digital asset management
Experience supporting large-scale or regulated digital platforms
Preferred
Experience supporting federal or public-sector digital systems
Knowledge of Section 508 / accessibility standards
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
