Responsibilities
Construct and manage sophisticated valuation models for prospective acquisitions
Spearhead the due diligence process, including market comps, historical performance, and physical site inspections
Actively participate in the negotiation of term sheets and closing documents with partners and lenders
Draft institutional-quality investment memos and presentations for senior leadership
Assist in the strategic scaling of the equity platform through process optimization and data-driven market research
Qualification
Required
3-6 years' experience in commercial real estate equity investments (inc mezz & pref), with exposure to major asset classes
Excellent academics from an accredited institution
Highly proficient in Excel & Argus, with the ability to build and interpret financial and valuation models
Entrepreneurially minded, collaborative, team-oriented professional with the ability to work effectively across a dynamic & fast-moving organization
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex financial information to senior stakeholders and investors
