Responsibilities

Managing team resources within allocated budgets to ensure support for capabilities in development in a dynamic environment

Identifying and addressing issues, risks and opportunities

Interacting with leadership in E&T, program management, sustainment, and stakeholders

Developing and maintaining a Vemo staffing plan that supports evaluation of future staffing needs

Performing personnel management tasks including staffing, training, assigning and directing work, and conducting performance reviews. Will provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members

Required

BS in Engineering or alternate STEM major with technical experience

Project Engineering/ technical experience

Experience leading and/ or mentoring early/ mid-career staff

EVMS and / or CAM Experience

SECRET or higher security clearance with Special Access Programs

Must be a US Citizen

Preferred

Experience in Mission Systems development lifecycles

Sensors, CNI, and/ or Weapons Experience

Leadership experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
