They are seeking a highly strategic and results driven Manager of Finance and Accounting to oversee financial operations and provide leadership in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

Responsibilities

Lead the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across all business units

Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards

Develop financial models, performance dashboards, and profitability analyses to guide executive decision making

Manage cash flow forecasting, capital allocation, and financial risk management

Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Collaborate with the President and senior leaders to evaluate investments, expansion projects, and business opportunities

Oversee tax compliance, audits, and relationships with external auditors, banks, and advisors

Strengthen and streamline financial systems and ERP platforms to enhance reporting and scalability

Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize operational efficiency and profitability

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reports
