Zeektek is seeking a part-time Office 365 / Exchange Administrator to provide coverage and support for two active projects. This role involves hands-on operational ownership of Office 365 and Exchange, focusing on hybrid Exchange administration, mail flow, and security.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on administration and support for Office 365 , with a strong emphasis on Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments

Support, maintain, and upgrade hybrid Exchange servers , including planning and executing migrations to newer versions in multi-domain environments

Manage and troubleshoot mail flow , transport rules, and client access issues

Administer Exchange-related integrations with Entra ID (Azure AD)

Work with IT Security (or independently) to manage and tighten spam and phishing protection

Use PowerShell for day-to-day mailbox administration and operational tasks

Monitor Exchange services, troubleshoot incidents, and restore service during outages or degradation

Own issues end-to-end, including root cause analysis, remediation, and post-incident documentation

Research, test, and safely implement new Office 365 features using Microsoft documentation and best practices
