They are seeking an IT Infrastructure Intern to assist with the maintenance, troubleshooting, deployments, monitoring, and optimization of IT systems and infrastructure, providing an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in IT operations.

Responsibilities
Assist in the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure systems (laptops, desktops, workstations, tablets, printers, etc.)
Support the installation and configuration of software and hardware components
Help monitor system performance and perform basic diagnostics to ensure optimal operation
Help maintain and update documentation related to IT systems, processes, and infrastructure projects
Assist in troubleshooting IT-related issues for staff and end-users
Work on assigned projects to improve IT infrastructure efficiency, security, or scalability
Collaborate with senior IT staff on routine maintenance, upgrades, and system updates
Provide technical support and assistance to team members as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic understanding of IT systems, networking, and hardware components
Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows)
Some knowledge of networking protocols and concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs
Exposure to noise and weld and grinding smoke at times
