Responsibilities
Support companywide proposal and marketing efforts across multiple active and upcoming pursuits
Partners with pursuit teams to track, manage, and support proposal schedules, requirements, and deliverables
Coordinates, writes, and leads qualification packages, proposals, resumes, presentations, and marketing collateral
Collaborate with technical staff to write, review, and edit content for clarity and consistent messages
Assist in developing general marketing collateral, handouts, and promotional materials, as needed
Maintain a strong working knowledge of the company’s services, staff capabilities, subconsultants, clients, and competitors to support strategic pursuit efforts
Manage and maintain CRM processes, procedures, maintenance, and reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communication, advertising, or a related field
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with CRM systems
Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Pro, or similar tools)
Ability to produce high-quality deliverables under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Position is based in Tampa with occasional travel to other branch locations
Preferred
Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
Familiarity with VantagePoint a plus
