Responsibilities
Overseeing personnel needs—hiring, coaching, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
Managing customer relationships and partnering with local municipalities to ensure top-notch service and secure contract renewals
Driving safety and compliance with DOT, OSHA, and environmental regulations
Developing and implementing efficient processes to maximize safety, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
Creating and monitoring budgets, analyzing P&L performance, and improving ROI
Setting short- and long-term goals in collaboration with your Division VP
Managing facility maintenance, fleet maintenance, Customer Service, and Operations
Defining and executing market strategies to grow the business
Qualification
Required
5+ years managing in a dynamic, people-driven environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel and business systems proficiency
Ability to travel regularly and relocate for future promotional opportunities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
