Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day and annual issues of assigned clients, including annual marketing, proposal presentations, enrollment, on-going customer service and underwriting matters
Assist with the oversight of the assigned client team
Maintain client relationships to achieve client persistency
Identify, research, and present opportunities for new coverage with assigned clients
Assist producer with renewal and new client presentations by coordinating efforts from start to finish
Assist client team with sales and marketing efforts with new and renewal business
Maintain professional and courteous relationships with assigned clients by meeting regularly to discuss current issues and expectations to service the account
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
3-5+ years of client management experience
5-7+ years of general Employee Benefits Brokerage experience
Proven professional history of success at managing client relationships
Proven understanding of fundamental benefit laws, regulations and compliance standards
This role will be required to travel 20% of the time
State Life and Health Producers license is required
Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization, verbally and in writing required
Excellent attention to detail is required
Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to calculate customized financial analysis and present an interpretation of the data and its meaning
Preferred
Additional large market (100+) experience preferred
Industry professional designation a plus
