Responsibilities
Deeply understand our customers and their needs, and develop hypotheses on how to effectively drive user signups, onboarding and engagement
Drive experimentation and rapid iteration with a high velocity of product launches to accelerate user growth and expansion
Define and track key business and usage analytics to measure success, including advanced engagement metrics that go beyond traditional activation and retention
Collaborate with engineering, data science, marketing, sales and partner product teams to deliver cohesive experiences and go-to-market strategies
Champion a customer-centric, data-driven approach to product development, balancing speed, quality, and business impact
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a Product Management role, with a strong track record of driving growth and adoption in SaaS or high-growth software environments
Expertise in growth methodologies, experimentation, and data analysis
Experimented with building and optimizing agentic workflows to drive delightful user experiences
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to present confidently to large audiences and executive stakeholders
Understanding of the data platform industry, Snowflake's positioning, and competitive landscape
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree is a plus
