Collect outstanding account balances by phone and email
Make high-volumes of calls daily to customers
Persuade and negotiate with customers to enter payment plans
Qualification
Required
Prior outbound phone experience required
High-volume customer service required
Strong communication skills written and verbal required
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish
