Responsibilities
Installing, upgrading, and configuring manufacturing intelligence software
Testing and validation of code
Working directly with customers to help design solutions to their problems
Communicating effectively with project team members for status, deliverables, and technical needs
Data analytics and report development
Creating system documentation for both internal and external audiences
Providing customer support and communications
Site commissioning start-ups
Staying current with relevant technologies
Complying with and contributing to the advancement of the Information Systems (IS) Department’s internal standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or other technical field or 2+ years of directly relevant professional experience
Working knowledge of C# and Microsoft SQL
Desire to utilize a wide array of tools and technologies to solve a variety of customer problems
Passion for leveraging data to drive continuous improvement both internally and for our customers
Ability and desire to learn new things quickly and teach them to others
Proven troubleshooting and critical thinking proficiency
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team
Strong written and oral communication skills
Willingness and ability to communicate directly with customers having varied technical backgrounds
Preferred
Relevant experience within an industrial/manufacturing environment
Experience working with manufacturing information software suites such as FactoryTalk, AVEVA, or Ignition
Ability to identify and resolve requirement uncertainties through customer collaboration
Working knowledge of .NET Core, MVC, Git, and Azure DevOps
