The Director, Data Management will oversee the Imaging Data Management department, ensuring high-quality management of clinical trial data and leading a team to deliver accurate results on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Overseeing the development and implementation of data management strategies for clinical trials
Managing a team of data managers to ensure accurate and timely cleaning and delivery to customers for clinical trial data
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design data collection methodologies and develop data management plans and / or specifications
Providing expertise in data standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
Monitoring data quality and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure data integrity
Qualification
Required
10 years of imaging data management experience
10 years of people-leadership experience with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate across departments
Expertise in CDSIC and SDTM
Proficiency in SAS and CSV required
Strong understanding of GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and industry standards for clinical data management
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Preferred
Python (preferred)
