Meet with prospective borrowers to understand their financial goals and homeownership needs
Take mortgage applications and collect required documentation
Analyze credit, income, assets, and debt to determine loan eligibility
Educate clients on loan options, rates, terms, and costs
Recommend appropriate mortgage products based on borrower qualifications
Submit complete loan files to processing and underwriting
Maintain ongoing communication with borrowers, real estate agents, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company lending regulations
Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (realtors, builders, financial professionals)
Guide clients through the loan process from application to close
