Responsibilities

Provide technical, clinical, and product support during EP procedures and oversee successful deployment and integration of Volta’s technologies in clinical settings

Serve as an on-site expert in the EP lab, offering real-time guidance to physicians and staff on the use of company products

Collaborate with Regional Account Executives to support pre- and post-sales activities including product evaluations, troubleshooting, and in-servicing

Deliver ongoing clinical training and education to healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal use of Volta’s technology and promoting clinical excellence

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system, including account activity and procedural data

Share customer-related insights to product-development and marketing teams based on field experience and physician input
