Responsibilities
Oversee all technology used by SDV throughout its operations, with respect to hardware, infrastructure, cloud services, and software applications
Lead and support ongoing NetSuite implementation, integration and optimization projects
Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite related issues, including workflows, permissions and reporting
Provide hands-on support for day-to-day IT needs, including helpdesk, hardware setup, user accounts, software management and troubleshooting
Provide support and technical assistance to local and remote employees, investigate user problems, identify causes, determine solutions, test and implement solutions for end-users on computer related matters
Assist in managing SDV's vendor/contractor relationships related to hardware, software, and IT services
Maintain inventory of all installed and spare hardware; maintain inventory of all software
Analyze the functional requirements for SDV’s business units to ensure technology solutions are identified in support of effective and efficient operations
Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems/applications
Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with industry regulations and standards
Oversee cybersecurity protocols, user access controls, data backups and system updates
Ensure IT related projects and tasks are completed within specifications, on time and within budget
Serve as primary point of contact for all IT related matters
Develop IT policies and procedures ensuring consistency
Other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail oriented and maintains a high level of organization
Excellent analytical and management skills
Demonstrated competency in project management
Excellent interpersonal skills
Thorough understanding of IT and practical applications to support the company's goals
Experience working as a stand-alone IT Administrator for a small company
Experience working in a Help Desk capacity working through tickets
Experience in analyzing, implementing, and evaluating IT systems and their specifications
Experience implementing and managing use of modern SaaS and Cloud-based software products
Experience with NetSuite Administrator, ERP, CRM, eCommerce, One World, integrations including eCommerce integrations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field; Master's degree a plus
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Occasionally lift and carry servers, workstations and other IT Equipment
Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel
Ability to climb and work on a ladder to mount equipment and/or run cabling
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
