Customer Relationship Management Manager
Quantum World Technologies Inc. is seeking a CRM Manager/Coordinator to oversee customer relationship management initiatives. The role involves planning and executing CRM programs, managing a team, and ensuring high-quality execution across various markets.
Responsibilities
5-10 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing
2+ years of people management experience, including direct management of coordinators or specialists
Proven experience planning and executing CRM programs across both domestic and international markets
Strong understanding of CRM channels and platforms (e.g., email, push, in-app)
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Qualification
Required
