Responsibilities

Candidates will work closely with and receive direct mentorship from nationally recognized leaders in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, CMBS litigation and transactional work, and financial services litigation, and who have successfully managed complex, high-stakes litigation across the country

Attorneys in this role will gain hands-on experience in litigation strategy, client interaction, sophisticated motion practice, as well as transactional work in the real estate arena

Litigation experience is a must, and some real estate transactional experience would be a plus

Opportunities include forward-facing client interactions and experience handling appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
