Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Own relationships with assigned enterprise and Fortune 500 accounts
Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and act as the primary contact post-sale
Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on growth and retention
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across EideCom’s services
Partner with Sales Executives to transition new clients into long-term accounts
Collaborate with Marketing on client storytelling, case studies, and co-branded opportunities
Track client performance metrics, renewal cycles, and satisfaction scores
Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility for renewals and expansions
Develop long-term partnerships with enterprise clients
Collaborate closely with EideCom operations and sales support teams
Ensure a smooth transition from sale to execution
Become a trusted advisor who can influence future event strategy
Represent EideCom at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
Bring competitive intelligence and market trends back to leadership
Help shape our go-to-market strategy as we scale

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience in the events industry, directly working with high-stakes clients
Proven ability to review and prepare quotes, proposals, RFPs, bids, and client specifications accurately and efficiently
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and responsiveness to clients - providing an elite client experience to all accounts
Exceptional communication — confident, clear, and persuasive
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create professional client-facing materials
Tech-savvy with Google Suite and project management software (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe, etc)
Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and events

Preferred

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred, or equivalent experience in client management in the events space
Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce or similar acceptable)
Experience with proposal/document tools (PandaDoc, DocuSign, CPQ tools, or similar)
