Field Product Director - Great Lakes Region

Responsibilities
Uphold ONKOS Core Beliefs, Code of Business Conduct, and all regulatory and compliance requirements
Drive execution of ONKOS’s growth strategy by supporting surgeon conversion and sustained ELEOS adoption within assigned geography
Establish and maintain world-class processes and clinical engagement standards with hospital systems and surgeon customers
Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, RSMs, TSMs, TSRs, and distributor partners to ensure aligned execution at key tumor centers
Provide a best-in-class surgeon experience through:
Case coverage for the first three (3) ELEOS cases
UDesign surgical planning support
Technical training and intraoperative assistance
Execute customer conversion strategies and tactical plans in coordination with commercial leadership
Collaborate with Marketing on product launch execution, customer programs, and strategic initiatives; provide actionable voice-of-customer insights to support product development and commercialization
Partner with the VP of U.S. Distribution and Regional Sales Managers on pricing strategy and disciplined implementation
Travel regularly to maintain a strong field presence with key surgeons, hospital stakeholders, and distributor partners
Demonstrate a performance-driven leadership culture that promotes accountability, professional development, and retention
Proactively identify risks to business objectives and develop mitigation strategies; maintain accountability for resolution of customer and hospital satisfaction issues
Ensure comprehensive clinical support and training across the ONKOS selling organization and distributor network, including case coverage, surgical planning, and product education to ensure consistent customer experiences and optimal patient outcomes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of medical device industry experience
Strong clinical operating room experience
Experience with limb salvage, complex revision, total joint, and competitive implant systems
Bachelor's degree required
Prior experience with expense management and/or P&L responsibility
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Advanced communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
