Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and strategic direction to project managers and programmatic support staff while ensuring the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions

Plan and lead major technology initiatives

Design business processes, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements

Assist with quality management reviews to ensure all business and design requirements are met

Required

Expert-level knowledge of the ServiceNow platform

Expert-level skills in business process design

Expert-level experience in program and project management

Strong understanding of security best practices in relation to ServiceNow implementations

Ability to design business processes aligned with organizational goals, including defining KPIs to measure success

Expertise in quality management practices to ensure all business and design requirements are met
