Responsibilities

Prepare new quality agreements with various suppliers and clients
Update and maintain existing quality agreements
Upload quality agreements into the document repository
Create client quality agreement templates for alignment
Perform responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable state, federal, and local laws
Comply with all GxP and safety requirements, SOPs, and company policies and procedures

Qualification

Supplier quality managementQuality Systems knowledgeAdvanced word processingBS/BA in related fieldBusiness English proficiencyInterpersonal skills

Required

Experience in supplier quality management and generating quality agreements
Knowledge of Quality Systems and regulatory requirements, including cGMPs, ICH, EU, FDA, and MHRA
Proficiency with business, scientific, and personal computer hardware and software applications, including advanced word processing skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with internal and external customers
Strong command of business English, including usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation, with high attention to detail
BS/BA in a related field
