Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Solution Architect
Trinamix Inc is seeking a highly experienced Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale field service management solutions. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement OFSC solutions while providing strategic guidance on service efficiency and customer experience enhancement.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end solution architecture and design of Oracle Field Service Cloud implementations
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand field service processes, challenges, and transformation goals
Define solution architecture covering:
Resource scheduling and dispatch
Routing and capacity planning
Mobile workforce enablement
SLA and service compliance
Conduct requirements gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business process analysis
Design data models, workflows, and configurations aligned with OFSC best practices
Drive configuration, customization, and extension of OFSC features to meet client-specific needs
Lead system integrations between OFSC and enterprise platforms such as:
CRM (Oracle CX / Salesforce)
ERP (Oracle EBS / Fusion)
Inventory and logistics systems
Provide strategic guidance on:
Resource optimization
Service efficiency improvement
Customer experience enhancement
Partner with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery
Lead solution walkthroughs, demos, proof-of-concepts, and knowledge transfer sessions
Support UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization
Stay current with OFSC product updates, industry trends, and emerging FSM technologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
12+ years overall experience in enterprise application or field service management implementations
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) architecture and implementations
Deep understanding of field service management concepts: Scheduling and dispatch, Routing optimization, Mobile workforce management, SLAs and service commitments
Proven experience leading complex OFSC implementations from design through deployment
Strong expertise in: OFSC configuration and customization, Integration architecture and APIs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience working with global clients and distributed delivery teams
Willingness to travel and work onsite in Taiwan for approximately 3 months during the project phase
Preferred
Oracle certifications (Oracle Field Service Cloud / Oracle CX)
Experience with OCI, OIC, or middleware platforms
Exposure to large-scale, high-volume field service environments
Prior onsite delivery experience in Asia-Pacific regions
