Real Estate Attorney
Griffin Law LLC is a boutique law firm established over twenty years ago, providing cost-competitive legal services to individuals and businesses. They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Associate Attorney to handle various aspects of real estate transactions and conveyancing, while supporting clients throughout the process.
Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions and conveyancing
Draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, deeds, closing documents, leases, and financing documents
Represent buyers, sellers, lenders, developers, and realtors throughout the transaction process
Support leasing matters, zoning and land use issues, and landlord-tenant matters
Assist with the representation of condominium associations and individual unit owners
Coordinate and manage real estate closings from contract through post-closing
Perform legal research related to real estate, zoning, land use, and regulatory matters
Communicate directly with clients, realtors, lenders, and other parties to move transactions forward
Collaborate with colleagues to support firm operations as needed
Qualification
Required
A JD from an accredited law school & licensed to practice in Massachusetts
3+ years of real estate law experience
Strong familiarity with the Rules of Civil Procedure
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Experience with discovery and motion practice
Preferred
Has a book of business
