As a Lead Product Manager, you will support NetCredit by collaborating with various departments to shape the future of the consumer lending business and drive product roadmaps to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

Drive product roadmaps through the collection of internal and external customer feedback

Coordinate with various departments to define requirements and prioritize the backlog

Identify new product features and trade-offs to establish a competitive advantage for Enova and enhance customer experience

Construct business cases and collaborate with stakeholders to secure buy-in. Work with Engineering to estimate size, elaborate on scope and requirements, clarify detailed design, and obtain sign-off on developed features before launch

Effectively advocate for your product area and communicate its value throughout the organization

Lead and mentor members of the team by providing feedback and coaching on product management best practices

Communicate key milestones, project updates, scope changes, and critical metrics to stakeholders and external partners on an ongoing basis

Use database queries to troubleshoot data quality and analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc

Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance

Required

7+ years of product management experience

2+ years serving as a team lead driving product roadmaps, communication with cross functional leaders and coaching/mentoring junior members of the team

Technical skills including knowledge of relational databases and using SQL to work with large data sets

Experience collaborating with agile teams and managing project milestones

Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical

Experience driving multiple projects through a full lifecycle

Demonstrated commitment to customer-centric solutions
