Sales Account Manager
Tomms is a fast-growing property maintenance company based in the Twin Cities, seeking motivated sales professionals to manage and acquire new accounts. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building relationships with property managers and commercial decision-makers while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management.
Responsibilities
Use our sales platform to prospect and build relationships with property managers, landlords, and commercial decision-makers all over the Twin Cities metro area. This requires onsite prospecting, phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn sales
Manage your accounts post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention. You are your customers right hand man
Professionally represent Tomms as the single point of contact for your clients
Clients also have access to the Tomms app, allowing them to book any service through us, and because that's your account, you collect that commission
Act as a facility manager for prospective accounts. Solve problems for the commercial facilities and the people you serve by simply taking things off their plate and doing the right thing for their facility
Qualification
Required
Hungry sales reps who strive to be great in all aspects of their life
Experience in B2B sales, account management, or commercial maintenance services preferred
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Hunter mentality — motivated by new business and long-term income growth
Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline
Based in the Twin Cities Metro Area
Benefits
Uncapped recurring commissions
9% recurring commissions on any and all accounts/services booked in Year 1
7% recurring monthly commissions in Year 2
5% recurring monthly commissions in Year 3 (The Floor)
