The role involves analyzing and developing solutions for ClinDoc & Stork applications, providing support, and managing projects while ensuring customer requirements are met.
Responsibilities
Analyze and develop solutions, perform build, and participate in various workgroups related to all ClinDoc & Stork applications
Provide 24/7 on-call support
Support software programs or modules across multiple clinical and/or business functions
Understand the business environment and the impact IT can have on the business environment
Provide analysis and support for installed systems as well as system implementation and integration projects that require systems analysis, design, testing and implementation for specific modules or applications
Maintain knowledge of existing systems and is certified in the vended application, as required
Configure, design, develop, or modify applications via vendor tools or augmented tools developed within Mayo Clinic and validate data integrity of changes introduced
Resolve customer problems with software and respond to requested improvements and enhancements
Research requests to determine scope, size and impact
Work with customers to elicit requirements through a variety of techniques
Validate requirement information with customers to ensure completeness, correctness, and clarity
Validate the developed solution to ensure it satisfies the stated requirements
Function as a liaison between clinical, business, and technical areas during the planning process
Build credibility and rapport with customers to understand their needs
Manage small- to mid-sized projects
Contribute to software testing activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's Degree with 2 years' experience in business analysis
Certification in either Epic's Inpatient Documentation or Stork is required
Vendor application certification may be required
