Responsibilities

Manage and evaluate entire production process

Managed 20 supervisors with 10 technicians each

Contribute to production planning and budgeting

Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain a safe production environment

Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders

Ensuring every position is filled before start-up of production line

Overseeing Team Member and job rotation in order to facilitate ergonomics

Ensuring department can pass USDA Inspection

Promoting safety on a daily basis

Maintain and enforce all rules of conduct and regulations, including GMP'S and hygiene along with our current HACCP program including SSOP's and SOP's

Providing encouragement to staff in order to build the best team possible

Performing the human relations functions such as training, retaining, and counseling on personal and professional problems
