Responsibilities
Design, build, and support new Workday solutions for a growing global workforce
Work effectively with the HRIT team to prioritize work and establish a strong partnership with HR internal customers
Deliver expertise in identifying, researching, and resolving Workday issues
Collaborate with HRIT, HR, Payroll, and Management to help drive project teams to successful delivery of business process enhancements
Manage with minimal supervision the configuration, maintenance, and support of Workday data, workflows, EIBs, integrations, and reports
Provide research, analysis, and hands-on support during the review, testing and implementation of upgrades, patches, and bi-annual product releases
Maintain consistent and scalable methods, formats, processes, naming schemas, and documentation
Recognize time-consuming, and error-prone workflows and support projects to automate, replace, or improve them
Partner with cross-functional team members and HR on HRIS-related issues/enhancements/queries
Help drive pro-active reviews and implementations of process improvements to ensure enhancement of user experience and improve data management
Maintain external vendor relationships as needed
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decision-making. Assist in developing and maintaining regular reporting processes to provide timely and accurate data to stakeholders
Protect the data integrity of internal HR systems and databases. Monitor system access, system health, and user access to safeguard sensitive HR data
Provide ad-hoc operational support for special projects, programs, and initiatives as needed
Complete scheduled system health audits and monitor administrator dashboards and reports to maintain accurate, compliant, and secure data reporting
Maintain clear, consistent, and current documentation of system configuration, workflows, and job aids
Keep current on product releases, updates, alerts, and HRIT best practices. Identify opportunities for improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, or a related field
3-5 years of experience with Workday HR information systems (HRIS), including configuration, reporting, and data management
Workday configuration experience in two or more HR modules: Recruiting, Benefits, Performance, Learning, Comp, Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking
Working knowledge of the interdependencies of Workday modules and an awareness of potential downstream impacts of any configuration changes
Able to modify/update Workday business processes, eligibility rules, and condition rules
Ability to navigate stakeholder relationships and gather accurate requirements
Effective communication in translating technical information into clear, user-friendly communications for HR and other business partners
Ability to troubleshoot issues and propose practical solutions
Adaptable and flexible when responding to changing business requirements
Preferred
In depth knowledge & experience with Payroll, Absence, or Time preferred
Workday Reporting or Integrations experience a plus
