Define and execute the global product strategy and roadmap for the SBU in line with business objectives
Lead product, portfolio, and lifecycle management, including SKU rationalization and governance

Translate market, customer, and competitive insights into clear product priorities and investment decisions
Partner with commercial, R&D, operations, and regional teams to ensure effective global product execution
Track and optimize portfolio performance, innovation pipeline, and product profitability
