The Manager of International Accounting will oversee all accounting processes related to Musket's international operations in Europe, ensuring compliance with best practices and assisting with financial statement evaluations and variance analyses.

Responsibilities

Supervise the trade settlements and cash clearing components of the periodic close process (monthly/annual)

Review/Approve various cash clearing, A/R, A/P and G&A journal entries for Musket Europe SARL, Musket US LLC, Musket UK Holding Company, and other related entities

Review and examine the above Musket entities’ monthly financial statements; preparing periodic variance analyses with explanations for significant changes

Monitor the settlement transactions in Ion RightAngle to ensure accuracy/completeness

Review monthly balance sheet workpapers related to the areas supervised – prepare, if necessary, for the balance sheet accounts

Interact with internal counterparts, shifting focus effectively between commercial needs and system/accounting needs

Interact with external auditors to assist with completing statutory audit requirements

Interact with external consultants to assist with various tasks related to accounting, financial reporting policies, IT implementation, tax filings, risk reporting, etc
