Responsibilities

Application Development: Design and develop robust web and mobile applications using C# and the .NET 8/9+ framework
Cross-Platform Mobile: Build and maintain high-performance mobile features for field technicians using React Native , ensuring seamless offline/online data synchronization
Frontend Excellence: Design and implement intuitive, responsive user interfaces using React JS and React Native , ensuring a consistent user experience across corporate and field platforms
Database & API Design: Collaborate with database engineers to develop complex SQL Server stored procedures and architect RESTful APIs to facilitate data flow between internal systems
System Integration: Create and manage automated ETL processes and API integrations (using C# and SSIS) to connect third-party vendor systems with Massey’s proprietary infrastructure
Quality & Mentorship: Lead code reviews, perform rigorous unit testing, and mentor junior developers on best practices in modern JavaScript and .NET development

Required

3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development
Advanced proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework/Core
Proven experience building production-ready applications with React JS and React Native
Strong background in SQL Server, including database design, indexing, and writing complex stored procedures
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred

Experience with cloud-native services (Azure or AWS) and Office 365 API integrations
Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and version control (Git)
Knowledge of automated testing frameworks for both React and .NET environments
