Sr. Influencer Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition
Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
Lead the negotiation and contracting process with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and compliance with legal guidelines
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop impactful influencer campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand partnerships
Analyze influencer performance metrics, campaign ROI, and overall impact using tools like Mavrck (Later Influencer) to optimize future strategies
Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to ensure Shop LC remains at the forefront of influencer marketing
Manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximum ROI
Work closely with the marketing, PR, and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless integration of influencer campaigns
Prepare and present campaign reports, highlighting key learnings and recommending actionable insights to stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media strategy, or a related field, preferably within the retail or fashion industry
Proven track record of developing and managing successful influencer campaigns that drive brand engagement and sales growth
Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer landscapes, and digital marketing trends
Experience using influencer marketing platforms like Mavrck (Later Influencer) to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing influencer relationships
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make informed decisions
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand-building
