Manage the learning environment and prepare for training delivery
Convey objectives, align solutions with course objectives and learner needs
Establish credibility as an instructor and create a positive learning climate
Deliver various learning methodologies, facilitate learning, and encourage participation
Deliver constructive feedback and evaluate learning outcomes
Present ideas effectively to individuals or groups; adapt presentations to audience needs
Identify customer expectations and select appropriate evaluation strategies
Communicate and gain support for the evaluation plan
Manage data collection, analyze and interpret data, apply learning analytics
Make recommendations to aid decision-making
Design and develop informal and formal learning solutions using a variety of methods
Conduct needs assessments and identify appropriate learning approaches
Apply learning theory, collaborate with others, and design curricula or programs
Analyze and select technologies; integrate technology options
Develop instructional materials and evaluate learning design effectiveness
Provide effective, courteous, and professional customer service at all times
Participate in departmental programs promoting exceptional service
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (mandatory; must be submitted with candidate)
5+ years of direct experience developing, designing, and delivering training programs
Experience delivering ERP system training highly desirable
Experience with learning content management systems highly desirable
