Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth legal research on workplace compliance matters and other detailed research projects, as needed in a dynamic environment

Assist with various corporate and transactional matters, including drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, developing templates and related compliance materials, and working with supervising attorneys to negotiate transactions

Draft memoranda to supervising attorneys for various matters that arise under the Rucker Investments diverse portfolio company umbrella

Assist in managing closing documents and preparing closing binders including electronic closing binders and distribution via various delivery methods

Maintain e-mails and documents within RI’s document management system (DropBox) and properly profile each document according to department standards

Assist with current legal and compliance matters which may include providing corporate structure support as needed and participating in conversations regarding mitigation of risk to operating companies
