Test Engineer III - Trainer

Responsibilities
Documents and analyzes test cases and provides feedback and recommendations for curriculum changes
Ensures training and fielding procedures are in compliance with any required DoD standards
Contributes to the development of improvements to overall training and fielding and quality programs for improved results
May coordinate with vendors or suppliers to modify or develop training curriculums
Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project
Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature
Conducts small technical projects or phases of technical projects
May provide technical direction to and coordinate the efforts of engineers and technical support staff in the performance of assigned projects within time and budget constraints
Assists with proposal efforts as needed
Builds relationships with internal and external clients and presents research results
Communicates with client with regards to the schedule and quality of deliverables
Supports business development efforts led by others and secures follow-on work
May assists with the coordination of and participation in Battelle- sponsored conferences
May participate in scientific conferences and peer review panels and works to increase company visibility through publications
Oversees, mentors, and trains lower-level staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field with 5 years of experience or master's degree in related field with 2 years of experience or PhD; or an equivalent combination of education and or experience in a related field
Must have a DoD Secret security clearance
Preferred
The individual shall have over 20 years of experience in CBRN software training and fielding
They must lead training coordination, fielding activities, and help desk support
Responsibilities include developing and updating training materials, managing user accounts, and providing technical support during exercises
The individual must contribute to curriculum development and ensure compliance with DoD standards
