Responsibilities

Define Product Area Strategy & Vision: Champion the long-term product vision and strategy for your designated product domain within our advanced agentic framework

Own the Strategic Roadmap: Develop and manage the strategic roadmap for your entire product area, ensuring it aligns with business objectives, market needs, and technical feasibility

Lead Cross-Domain Collaboration: Work closely with other Lead Product Owners, business leaders, and AI Architects to ensure the seamless delivery of end-to-end agentic solutions

Mentor and Lead a Team: Guide, coach, and develop a team of Senior Product Owners and Product Owners, cultivating a strong product-focused culture

Drive Business Value: Take accountability for the business value, ROI, and overall performance of your product domain, tracking key performance indicators and communicating the impact to senior leadership

Manage Senior Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business stakeholders and executive sponsors, translating their needs into strategic product initiatives

Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor strategies in the AI agent space, and emerging Generative AI technologies to influence our strategic direction

Required

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or a related field

10+ years of technical development experience, preferably in full-stack development, with knowledge of the healthcare payer domain

Proven experience leading, mentoring, and coaching a team of product owners

Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with senior business stakeholders and executive sponsors

Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps

Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including model training, RAG architecture, and major AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Experience in defining and championing a long-term product vision and strategy for a technical product domain

Preferred

A Master's degree in a related field

Professional certifications on any major AI platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
