Prepare and review complex federal and state income tax returns for partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, and high-net-worth individuals
Handle multi-state filing requirements, nexus considerations, and allocation/apportionment issues
Research and resolve tax questions for clients proactively
Manage workflow, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with clients and partners
Supervise staff as needed
Support tax planning, projections, and transactional matters
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of tax experience in a CPA firm
Strong competency with pass-through entities
Ability to manage multiple engagements without drama
Solid working knowledge of CCH Prosystem fx and tax research tools
Preferred
CPA preferred, not required
Experience with real estate/construction/manufacturing strongly preferred
