Responsibilities

Act as an Oracle HCM Cloud Absence subject matter expert, leading clients through the entire cloud application service implementation
Drive and communicate project deliverables for Oracle HCM Cloud Absence projects
Work with clients on-site or remotely to deploy Oracle HCM
Advise clients on best practices and guide them through Oracle-delivered functionality
Map business processes to delivered functionality, document client requirements, configure application functionality, and assist with testing
Maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with peers to continuously improve delivery models for greater client value and efficiency
Mentor junior-level associates to support their professional development and contribution to company growth

Required

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 4 years of experience in a functional lead role
Oracle certification
At least 3 full-cycle Absence implementations
Global Absence experience and knowledge of Absence processes
Experience with additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules, preferably Core HR or OTL
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Strong ability to plan work effort and manage priorities effectively
Comfortable working remotely with clients and peers
English: Proficient
