Account Executive
Confidential is a fast-growing, mission-driven SaaS company in the public sector/GovTech space, and they are seeking Account Executives to support continued growth. This role involves owning the full sales cycle, engaging new customers, and building trusted relationships to drive sales in a national, multi-state territory.
Responsibilities
Proactively prospect and engage new customers through outbound outreach
Run discovery calls to understand customer needs and challenges
Manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and prioritize high-impact opportunities
Present solutions, handle objections, and close new business
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success
Build trusted relationships and expand accounts over time
Qualification
Required
Proven quota-carrying Account Executive experience (not BDR-only)
Comfortable with high-volume outbound and consultative selling
Strong tenure and track record of performance
Hunter mentality with strong communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred
Background in SaaS, software, staffing/recruiting, GovTech, or public sector sales preferred
