Supervisor, Programmatic
CMI Media Group is seeking bright new stars to help shape the future of healthcare media buying. As the Supervisor, Programmatic Media Buying, you will be the day to day account lead on assigned Programmatic Media Buying accounts, working closely with various teams to ensure campaigns are fully integrated and client goals are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities
Lead development and execution of Programmatic strategies
Ensure campaigns achieve delivery and performance goals
Develop innovative Display, Video, CTV, and Audio recommendations
Guide client strategy discussions and reporting
Manage junior team workflow and quality of deliverables
Identify optimization opportunities using DSP platforms
Collaborate with partner agencies on integrated strategy
Contribute to ongoing process, technology, and capability improvements
Qualification
Required
4+ years Programmatic experience in DSP or SSP platforms
Strong understanding of digital media and performance optimization
Experience with Trade Desk, DV360, PulsePoint, or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
Leadership skills with experience coaching or mentoring team members
