Responsibilities
Manage inventory levels in assigned storerooms to meet operational and customer needs
Maintain inventory accuracy through transaction processing, cycle counting, and reconciliation
Process inventory transactions accurately and promptly
Maintain organized and accurate inventory records, files, and tables
Monitor and adhere to established replenishment and supply level targets
Prepare and analyze advanced inventory reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
Conduct system-level analysis to identify deficiencies and recommend process improvements
Support Inventory Technicians with inventory-related processes and issue resolution
Utilize inventory management systems and PC-based spreadsheets for tracking and analysis
Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve inventory and supply chain issues
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in inventory control and data entry
Experience using PC-based spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and analytical thinking
Preferred
Associate's degree in medical technology, business, healthcare-related field, or equivalent education preferred
