HCM Sales Manager
MP-HR is a remote-first, fast-growing HCM organization that helps businesses simplify payroll, HR, and compliance. They are seeking an HCM Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Account Executives, drive sales performance, and influence organizational growth.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives in a quota-driven environment
Drive consistent execution of MP-HR’s consultative sales process
Conduct regular 1:1s, deal reviews, pipeline reviews, and forecasts
Actively coach deals—joining calls, advising on strategy, and improving win rates
Recruit, onboard, and ramp new sales talent as the organization grows
Build a strong, accountable, values-aligned sales culture
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Implementation, and Client Services to ensure a seamless client experience
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in HCM, SaaS, or technology-enabled services
2–4+ years of people management experience (this is a must—we are specifically seeking experienced people leaders)
A strong coaching mindset with experience developing Account Executives
Comfort owning pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics
A data-driven, organized, and communicative leadership style
Preferred
Experience working in fast-growing or emerging organizations is a plus
